Greetings Everyone,

We arrived in Cairns at 3am on Thursday morning battered and bruised from the roughest crossing we have had yet. The waves were five metres high. One bashed into us side on with such force it split the zipper on the clears and poured gallons of water into the cockpit. I’ve spent the last few days trying to dry out all the deck cushions and assorted salty gear. Phil developed a tropical ulcer on the way and was quite sick for a few days and is only now starting to get on top of it after two rounds of antibiotics.

On the plus side, a friend shouted us two days in the Cairns marina and another friend picked us up for church today and we enjoyed a great service with six baby dedications and some incredible testimonies of how three of those babies came to be alive. Next week we are going to the Gideon National Convention in Cairns and then we will start heading south.

Thanks to all of you who covered our time away in prayer.

God bless,

Pam and Phil
